do you guys ever have sad nights where you just kind of think about sad things and listen to sad music that reminds you of more sad things and nobody really knows how to react because there isn’t a main reason for your sadness and eventually you just give up and go to bed sad

When I’m scared I just want to run away. It’s a normal reaction towards fear. Running is fine, until you realize that doing so leads you nowhere. You end up tired, weak, sweating, incompetent. Running is pointless.
Thank goodness for the night
Every night I’m free. Free to feel anything. Free to think of anything. The darkness hides my insecurities, mask my depression. Frustrations is overflowing. Thank goodness for the night I’m free.
